Personal Statement
Welcome to, and thank you for, visiting the website of Sarah Guy Pty Ltd.
In 2009, I established Sarah Guy Pty Ltd (the name coming from Sarah being my wife’s middle name and Guy being mine) to provide private clients with specialised corporate services for overseas entities wishing to enter the Australian market.
I am very fortunate to have had an interesting career to date. Having emigrated to Sydney Australia, from Auckland New Zealand in 2001, I have had many exciting and varied experiences.
My business travels, throughout Asia, in particular Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and to the US, Chile and Argentina has provided me with an insight to many different business cultures.
My career has taken me to senior management roles in Australia and New Zealand companies, and since 2010, I have acted as a Director for various public, ASX listed Companies.
Currently I hold an Executive Director position with Lithium Power International Ltd (ASX :LPI) and two Independent Director roles, with Southern Cross Exploration NL (ASX: SXX) and Donaco International Ltd (ASX: DNA).
In 2012 I identified the need for a company to specialise in providing Nominee Director services to overseas entities who wish to be established in Australia. Under Australian corporate law, for a company to be established in Australia requires an Australian resident to be registered as a Director. Since this time, I have provided this service for client parent companies based in: the US, the UK, the UAE, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel India, France, Germany, Turkey and Italy.
Outside business, I have a fulfilling personal life, having been with my wife Anna for the past 30 years and have two adult children. I balance my business life with a keen passion for the outdoors. I am a weekend volunteer life guard, with North Bondi Surf Club. I am a keen snow skier and trout fly fisherman, when time permits.
The services provided by Sarah Guy, provides the client parent company with a cost effective and compliant company structure in order to carry out business operations in Australia, and I would be happy to discuss this further.
Regards,
Andrew G Phillips
