Andrew has been engaged by Liberty Commodities Pacific Pty Ltd since July 2014, to fulfil the role and requirements of the Australian Nominee Director of the Company. His communication with both local management and Group Head Office in Singapore has been excellent. Assistance in the execution of internal and external governance documentation is always provided on a timely basis, along with the availability to both take calls or meet with company representatives to assist with any matter required. He always acts with a great deal of professionalism and integrity in providing his service to the Company.
Since 2013, Andrew has served as a Director of Marin Software Pty Limited in Australia. In this capacity, Andrew has demonstrated that he is a quick study and constructively responsive no matter what subject is at issue. Indeed, whether a matter of corporate governance, subsidiary management, annual tax and account reporting, or document execution, Andrew engages and communicates immediately and works to ensure all matters are addressed in a timely and complete fashion. We are pleased and proud to have Andrew serving as a Director and proceed with confidence that our Australian entity is in excellent hands.
Andrew was appointed in May 2012 to act as Blackline Systems Pty Limited local Director. In this time we have seen Blackline’s business in Australia grow as expected and Andrew has provided excellent support, where required, including the introducing a specialised legal firm when this was required. Andrew makes the time to have a bi-annual board call with the US based Directors of the Australian entity and provides valuable local insight. We are confident our working relationship with Andrew will continue in the same positive manner it has to date.
Andrew has been Director of Atlantic & Peninsula Pty Ltd since its establishment in June 2012. The Company was initially established to pitch for a significant Australian federal contract. Since this time, we have engaged a number of local management and employees. Andrew’s periodic meetings with local management provides a sounding board for them, along with providing the UK based Head Office with the surety of a professional Director representing the company and fulfilling the compliance requirements of the federal contact. We are extremely satisfied with Andrew’s contribution to our Australian operations.
Andrew has been appointed at a Director of Palm Oasis Pty Ltd – trading as Baskin Robins in April 2014. His appointment as a Director in representation of the 60% joint venture partner, Dubai based Galadari Brothers Co (L.LC.). Andrew was engaged to provide local board expertise on behalf of the Dubai joint venture partner, along with providing support to local management. He has assisted in providing explanations to the joint venture partner on corporate and business practices in Australia and has contributed to providing further insight to all parties on the bi-annual board conference call. He has also assisted me personally with advice on several corporate and operational matters, for which I was grateful for his input and experience.
